Hello, all! I can't imagine how I have missed you all this time; I am in SW Washington and wishing there were more 'homesteaders' near me, so I can ask lots of really stupid questions!
How many of you are actually living it? Off the grid, supplying most/all of your food, etc? How is it working for you?
Linda--- Welcome! Do you ever get to Portland? There seems to be a few of us here, but we seem to be running into the slow growth problem of word-of-mouth, grass roots organizations. Tell all your friends! Maybe we can have that picnic Robert is wishing for yet! My partner and I are currently hoping to land on a little bit of dirt outside Rainer, OR in very short order.
