Site clean up and revamp « Thread Started on Jan 16, 2007, 12:32pm »
Finally...just spent some time cleaning up the spam on the website and here on this board. Many thanks to the nice folks at ProBoards for adding the security check feature. I've also taken out the modified guestbook on the website which served as a join-up tool...spam had disabled that feature entirely. Now new folks will have to e-mail me and I'll input their info.
Sorry I've not been more attentive to this site....I was, but there was less and less activity and it just got put on the back burner. Hopefully, with the tweaks and a couple of promotional posts in a few places we can get back on track. I've made one announcement post on the Seattle Craig's List page...please feel free to put up invitations to join us anywhere you can find that's appropriate.
The counter on the front page of the site at about noon today (01/16/07) was 2,679....
